Beautiful architect-designed villa with private pool and panoramic views on the heights of Tignet.



Located 49 km from Nice, 25 km from Cannes and 10 km from Grasse, this villa offers you the originality of its beautiful undisturbed pool (heated on request and by reservation) with a unique design, with a Roman staircase and an outdoor shower. A magnificent garden with olive trees will immerse you in Provençal nature and the large bay windows and terraces offer a magical view of the sea.

On the first floor of the house, you will find a second kitchen with a bar and a living area. The loggia and garden furniture allow you to enjoy an aperitif in the shade of the pool. The first floor and its terrace can be secured for small children under supervision



This house is ideal for lovers of tranquillity and unspoiled nature and is therefore not suitable for parties or outdoor events.



The village of Tignet has no real center, but consists of dream properties scattered over the scrubland, very sunny and peaceful, ideal for families. Nearby, Lake Saint Cassien offers a variety of sporting activities. Follow the gorges of Siagne, try canyoning or gliding in Gourdon and Bar sur Loup , reach the perched village of Cabris 5 km away with a beautiful golf course for amateurs. You can sample the delicious local cuisine in the many restaurants.

Fantastiskt hus!

Ett väldigt fint hus med fantastisk utsikt. Stor pool och många ytor för umgänge! All nödvändig utrustning fanns och ett stort plus för sköna sängar och kuddar. Perfekt för tre familjer på totalt 12 personer. Mycket enkel dialog med värden och smidig in- och utcheckning. Tips är att ta en promenad till Café de L’Union i den närliggande byn!
