This charming 1-bedroom + loft getaway comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy the Black Hills. With front and back patio views, peaceful surroundings, and a classic 1997 custom build featuring an open floor plan and warm gas fireplace, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.

■ Open Concept Living Space: Enjoy a bright and welcoming space with picture windows, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and oven, and a dining table that seats five. The cozy living room features a beautiful rock fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating — perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

■ Outdoor Living Space: Step onto the wraparound deck and take in the stunning mountain views. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, table and chairs, and a private hot tub — the ideal spot for stargazing and soaking in the serenity of the Black Hills.

Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. *4-wheel drive is required for winter driving conditions*

Access and Parking:  Driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles.  1.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.
