**DECEMBER UPDATE: WE WERE FORTUNATE NOT TO GET ANY MAJOR DAMAGE DURING THE STORMS. OUR CABIN IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND READY FOR GUESTS. THE TOWN IS OPEN AND READY FOR TRAVELERS AS WELL**Amazing riverfront cabin! Our home sits directly on Nason Creek with private riverfront beach most of the year. Located only 20 minutes from Steven's Pass and downtown Leavenworth. The house has 2 bedrooms down stairs adjacent to a restroom and a closed loft with another restroom upstairs. Back deck has a nice 8 seat hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining table with peek-a-boo views of mountains and river. Escape to the mountains and enjoy everything the Leavenworth area has to offer!

**PLEASE NOTE: OUR HOUSE CAN ACCOMMODATE 8 GUESTS AND WE ALLOW 8-10 GUESTS AT THE HOUSE DURING THE DAY BUT DUE TO NEW CHELAN COUNTY RENTAL CODE THE OVERNIGHT MAXIMUM IS 6 GUESTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ARE BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 6 OR LESS**

This Cabin is truly a 4 seasons escape:

Winter Time: Ski at Stevens, sled on the property, and enjoy the Christmas lights and festivals of Leavenworth. Also close by is many miles of snowmobile and cross country skiing trails. During the fall/winter months please note that we do not offer refunds on power outages or road conditions. If one of the two mountain passes are open we expect you to make your reservation.

Spring/Fall Time: Enjoy fishing, golfing, hiking, Bavarian Festivals and the many games that are included with your stay like volleyball, badminton, and corn hole.

Summertime: Enjoy your private river beach area, float the river, hike, fish, and play in Lake Wenatchee.

NO EVENTS OR PARTIES.

We allow one dog on the property but we do charge an additional $75 pet fee. Please let us know away if you plan to bring or are thinking about bringing your dog. NO CATS- sorry! If a guest has a dog they need to let us know.

Any guest use of the hot tub that results in an absolute necessary drainage of the hot tub will be charged a $75 drain fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Security cameras on the property but only face the driveway since we're not home regularly and to help prevent theft.

Beautiful cabin, great location!! Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend there. Would've been 5 stars but the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors beeped the entire time. Very easy fix, still very enjoyable.

We didn’t want to stay in Leavenworth village because we wanted a place to ourselves. This place didn’t disappoint us.We loved the big cathedral windows and huge deck. There is a hot tub, yard games, and kitchen but we didn’t use any of these. We went for Leavenworth Village and the creek. We really enjoyed looking at all the different rocks in the creek. Even saw a Heron just up the creek.Squirrel Tree Restaurant was pretty good and there is a 59er diner just down the road that’s supposed to have good shakes but we had their breakfast It’s a little over 20 minutes to the Bavarian Village.Definitely would recommend for families, couples or just friends. It had a little bit of everything.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin near Leavenworth. The location is absolutely stunning—near the river and just a 20 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth. The backyard and walkway to the river was loved by our dog. She had plenty of room to play. This cabin is the perfect balance between feeling tucked away in nature and still having access to restaurants and shops.The cabin was spotless and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free with clear instructions and great communication throughout the booking process. It felt like everything had been thought through to make our stay easy and relaxing. A few things to be aware of: this is a cabin in the woods, so bugs do find their way inside—nothing overwhelming, but bring bug spray just in case. Also, there are neighboring properties fairly close by, which didn’t bother us but may be worth noting if you’re expecting total seclusion. Lastly, there is a train that runs just behind the property. It didn’t ruin the experience for us, but the noise may be surprising if you’re not expecting it, especially at night.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. It’s a beautiful spot with great hosts and just enough nature to feel like an escape!

Loved the place and time

Glad we read the other reviews and brought our own towels and washcloths.The washer/dryer are small but who goes on vacation to do laundry?The kitchen is functional with lots of cookware and extra spices. Bathrooms are furnished with soap/shampoo and other toiletries.The living room is a good size and the electric fireplace definitely heats the room.Had an issue with hot tube the 1st night talked to the owner we had it fixed and good to go by the evening and just to be safe he sent someone out to look at it the next morning to make sure. Was at 104 the rest of the of our stay.Needs a bigger trash can for that size of the house.Would tell anyone to stay here and would stay here again

Husbands birthday

This property was absolutely perfect for our family and two dogs. We had myself, my husband and our three daughters. Nice big yard with a little pass down to the most beautiful river. My dog could hardly stay out of the water they have so much fun The drive to, and from Leavenworth is not bad at all, as we were looking for a nice relaxing weekend for my husband’s birthday, but still wanted to be able to go to Leavenworth with all the good food We highly recommend this place

Nice cabin close to Leavenworth

Ideal space for our family of 6. Close to recreation areas and Leavenworth. Had most kitchen amenities but very disorganized. Had to sort thru drawers and cabinets to find things. Had only 7 forks and very few bath towels. Not enough towels for bathing and hot tub use for our family of 6. Game cabinet very unorganized and everything had dead batteries. Neighbors are extremely close and you hear the train often. The binder with property information needed to be updated. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Since it was off season very few people were around but during the summer I would imagine it very busy.

Family Tradition

This was a fantastic cabin with lots of room! There were loads of movies & board games. We played in the snow and walked down to the river; beautiful! It is only about 1/2 hr to Leavenworth and we had a blast!

Short Trail to Nason Creek

Nice cabin. Short walk to Nason Creek. Lovely creek. Appreciated the coffee! Kitchen was fully stocked. Cleaners were still there after check in time but we hung out at the creek.

Amazing property!

We loved our time at this home. Everything was as described and the home was well appointed with everything we needed. There is a large yard for the kids to play in and a short little trail down to the riverfront. Our only “complaint” was the mosquitos but they are to be expected being so close to the river. Make sure to bring some bug spray! The home was about 25 minutes from Leavenworth which made for a nice day trip (check out the Alpine Coaster if you’re adventurous). We look forward to staying there again!

Soak up at this supurb getaway

Enjoyed my time at this cabin! Real clean and great inside layout for a family setting. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels provided were exceptional. Kids had there own TV and bathroom in the upstairs room. Hot tub was large enough for 4 big guys or gals. Jets were powerful and tub was maintained properly. Only negative was having neighbors and train tracks real close by,heard 8 trains a day and dishwasher wasn't secured into the cabinet so it tends to fall out when opening the door.im sure it's fixable. The creek was also a nice place to spend time. I tried fishing but no luck for me. Owners were easy to talk to and responded well to answer questions. Loved the restaurants close by as well.

Peaceful getaway

This was a perfect getaway, 2 family's easily accommodated. Beautiful creek/river to enjoy the day. Hot tub was a plus. 20min from downtown leavenworth. I would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay at the cabin. It is as described-cozy yet spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids, close to Stevens Pass, clean and well equipped. We would happily stay here again.
