Location to experience the atmosphere of a true ancient fishing village on Lake Como, a stone's throw from the city of Lecco, ideal for families, couples of friends, or simply to experience the city of Lecco enjoying the evenings in a corner of tranquility. You will find yourself between the lake and the mountains in the center of Pescarenico, which Manzoni made famous in The Farewell to the Mountains of The Betrothed; from the courtyard you can easily reach the cycle and pedestrian path, which runs along the entire lake for about 8 kilometers, from the center of Lecco to the Bione area dedicated to jogging. Along the way you will find the historic Piazza Era, the Ponte Vecchio, the Visconti island and you can easily reach the lakefront of Lecco.
Near the apartment there are several restaurants, among which we mention "Ceko il Pescatore" and "Soqquadro". A few hundred meters away you will have the Esselunga supermarket, Decathlon for sports purchases, and numerous shops and bars.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with access from the condominium courtyard surrounded by greenery, and consists of a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. Fully equipped, it is suitable to be experienced as a second home: fast internet, crockery, oven and microwave, kettle, coffee maker, flat screen TV.
The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and a set of towels for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher and toilet paper
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project   which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

Tourist tax: 🏷️ TOURIST TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.
Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
