Our deluxe double was fabulous. Lovely seating area, such a comfy bed, extremely clean and very good tea/coffee facilities. No complaints at all, we would definitely return!

Nice hotel, room what you would expect for the money. Food ok, no complaints. Checing out the invoice was over £100 in excess of what it should have been. We had been double charged for an evening meal, tips taken out without my authority, nearly £20 and only £110 of the £134 i paid Ebookers. I was reimbursed £74, eventually but told to get the balace from Ebookers. If you stay at the Feathers be very careful!

Booked last minute

Booked last minute and had last room available which was in the attic. I was expecting it to be hot, which the corridors were but a fan was provided which we left on all night and did the job. The room was spacious and clean, only critisism is the bathroom could do with a lick of paint. The full English looked tasty and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection, all staff were friendly and attentive
