Very small and claustrophobic room, the shower and wash facilities were not separate, no privacy. There are no storage facilities for clothing especially needed as we're were staying a week. No electrical facilities in the room IE a kettle to make a coffee. Always had to buy from reception which worked out expensive. Breakfast was very disappointing as only continental and very basic! Because I was there a week and sometimes it would have been nice to have some chill time in the room to maybe ready have a coffee. This was not possible as nowhere to sit apart from on the bed and no kettle. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for a longer stay than a night or two at the absolute most. Definitely not worth the £393 I paid.

It was terrible area not for women alone.one of lifts was broken there was a problem with room cards owner kept making out it was guests fault not theirs everyone was up and down in one lift all day thinking they were the problem when they weren't I don't like wasting all
