Es el hotel de la Policía y no da confianza dormir ahí porque duermes rodeado de 400 patrullas con 500 policías a tu lado en todas las habitaciones

Las instalaciones del hotel está en buenas condiciones, sin embargo durante nuestra estancia falló el elevador y tuve que tomar las escaleras hasta el 4to piso. Lo complicado fue que estaba lesionada de la pierna y fue difícil subir y bajar y no había otra alternativa para hacerlo.

Great location, close to the airport and close to the center of the city. very clean property, beautiful ceiling made of bricks, in the middle of the hotel. The only thing. We did not had, was hot water in our room. But staff was fast and efficient to help us out. Staff was great!! Housekeeping service was excellent. Thank you! Hope to see you soon.

I would have given them a better rating, if a few things would have been better. First they gave us rooms that were not ready. Seems like it was a miscommunication. Second they changed the rooms , however they had no elevator and my mother was in a wheelchair. No ramps. It was so hard to get her into the room. Not wheelchair friendly. So I would recommend just for people with no disability issues. Other than that, house person was nice and able to best accommodate us.

El hotel está muy bien, pero la comida del restaurante no es muy buena. La pasta me hizo daño, mi familia pidió arrachera y estaba muy dura. Dos veces llamamos a la recepción, 1 para pedir una silla extra y otra para pedir más jabón y no nos lo llevaron. Creo que en el aspecto de atención al cliente podrían mejorar, pero las instalaciones están muy bien y muy limpias. Las micheladas del bar son una joya
