Discover this charming 24m² family apartment located in the heart of Les Menuires. Renovated and carefully decorated in a modern mountain style, it is perfectly suited for a family stay and offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people.
Its sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed (width 140 cm), a single bed and a bunk bed. (width 80 cm).
The new and fully equipped open kitchen will delight families who wish to prepare their meals. It has all the essential equipment: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete collection of crockery and kitchen utensils.
The ski and sun residence, Bruyères district, has private ski lockers and allows ski-out departure. This apartment is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts or mountain walks. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, bakery, souvenir tobacco shop, ski equipment rentals on the square in front of the residence, and a few metres away ski school, the aquatic leisure space SPA La Bulle des Bruyères, Speed Mountain rail sledge, children's garden, sledging area, and Sherpa convenience store. The location is ideal for fully enjoying your holiday without taking your car again. A free shuttle is also available to move around the resort and discover other districts, such as the Croisette and its recently renovated shopping gallery.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, and separate toilets. Electric heating ensures a pleasant temperature, even during cool mountain evenings. The large northwest-facing balcony allows you to enjoy the clear view of Les Menuires and the ski slope activity.
Please note that the accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, hard floor throughout the apartment, equipped with duvets and pillows. Public parking outside. A processing fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 80 €).
