Newly listed townhome in Plantations East. End unit with a bedroom on the first floor and two additional ones on the second floor.

Guests may purchase passes to use the Plantations tennis facilities and/or fitness center. Plantations East is conveniently located just West of Route 1 with easy access to both Rehoboth and Lewes.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

Spacious, Clean and Comfortable

My family and I had a great mini vacation!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and location was perfect. We were able to use the backroads to get into Rehoboth and avoided the summer traffic. Plantations East is a beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors were so nice. We look forward to returning soon.
