Summary:
Picture this: twelve of you inside a custom-built 2022 Lexington home where someone is mid-round on the Foresight Sports golf simulator, the hot tub is warming up for after dinner, and the fire pit is where the real conversations happen. Five Tempurpedic king beds. Three full bathrooms. A chef's kitchen, a full game room, fenced yard for kids and dogs. This is what it looks like when a rental is designed around the group —not the square footage
The Space:
From the moment you step through the double doors, this home feels different. Wide open sightlines, luxury finishes, five king bedrooms, and a layout that keeps twelve people connected without anyone feeling crowded.
Living Room: Gas log fireplace, built-in shelving, large sofa, and double French doors opening to the backyard. The natural gathering point — first drinks of the evening, kids on the floor, everyone in one room.
Kitchen: Gas range, full stainless appliances, dishwasher, sharp knives, stocked cookware, spice rack. A 4-seat island for casual mornings, plus Keurig and drip coffee both ready. Wine fridge on standby.
Dining Room: An 8-seat farmhouse table in an open-concept space that flows to the kitchen. Pre-race dinners, graduation brunches, birthday feasts — this table earns it.
Game Room (Garage): A Foresight Sports golf simulator with real shot data and actual courses. Add a ping pong table and dart board, and the adults fight for it as much as the kids do.
Bedrooms: First floor has one king bedroom with full bath and gas fireplace — perfect for guests who skip stairs. Second floor has four more king bedrooms, including a master suite with walk-in closet and private ensuite. All beds are Tempurpedic. Upstairs laundry has double washers and dryers.
Master Bath: Marble tile, freestanding soaking tub, double vanity with gold fixtures. One of the best bathrooms in Lexington's short-term rental market.
Outdoor Space: Private hot tub (24/7, year-round). Covered patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Full BBQ grill. Fenced backyard — kids and pets roam free.

⭐ 5 Star Reviews from our past guests:
"We were very fortunate to find Seth’s place on short notice after an issue with another AirBNB. When I reached out to him he was helpful and kind.
The house was great. We had plenty of space for our extended family which included 3 kids 2 and under. Having the fenced in private outdoor space was nice so we didn’t have to worry about the kids wandering. Loved that it was a friendly walkable neighborhood. The house was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen had almost everything we could need. We had a great week!" - Sue
