This hotel is a 0/10. They never offered new towels, and when ask for towels, we were told there wasn’t any. We were given hand towels for showers. The paint is pealing, both beds all but fell apart when we sat on them to put on socks. Despite them asking if we wanted daily room service, we didn’t receive one day of our three night stay. The smell of chemical and sewer in the halls was revolting. There was urine on the floor in the bathroom upon entry. I can not say strongly enough that this hotel deserves to be demolished.

First time in Lexington and on this property. Very well maintained, safe, convenient location, and bonus being 170 ft from Cracker Barrel Restaurant. This fact made getting lunch and dinner an easy option without having to drive anywhere. The staff were very pleasant, and professional. The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The pillows were great and the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh and varied choices. Overall it was quite a wonderful and pleasant experience for the weekend we were there. I highly recommend it.

Need a serious update

The rooms were very worn. You couldn’t even sit on the desk chair. It leaned back like a cheap recliner. Room appeared to be recently painted but some of the work did not appear to be professionally done. Very low water pressure. Difficult to take a shower due to an old bathtub style shower. The hand rail in shower definitely needed to be held on to. All furniture was definitely time for a change. This room was definitely in need of updating. Employees were friendly. This is not where I would stay again. I guess you get what you pay for due to the great price.

Pick another hotel.

We stayed on the second floor. When the elevator door opened the overpowering smell of air freshener was terrible in the hallway. I called the front desk and was told the owner wanted motion activated air fresheners installed in the hallways and there is no way to turn them off. Why in the world would that need to be done unless there was a need to mask flirty or mildew odors. Our room had many areas of wall damage, furniture chipping, poor bathtub finish, and a buttered toilet seat hinge. The carpet near the microwave smelled like puke. Yeah, don’t stay here. Plus side - breakfast was decent.

The room was so small and noisy. The carpets were filthy and sticky dirty. The air did not work. The bathtub was filthy. There was stains all over the walls. The sheets had dried dirty blood on them. The staff was very rude. There was one breakfast attendant lady, that was really nice. She was there on Friday and Saturday. She was wonderful, but the other staff was not the pool was very dirty and needed cleaned has stuff on the bottom of it as well and the hotel rate of marijuana and people doing drug deals out on the property and leaving drug paraphernalia laying around and people passed out in vehicles and I saw one employee that was passed out in her vehicle. I tried to get Expedia to help us with a room change at least when we first got there, and the one lady that I saw that was passed out in her vehicle would not give us any accommodations whatsoever, and then another member of the staff was very rude to us about the dryers Because he thought we wanted our money back and we was trying to tell him that it didn't work so we just tried to keep quiet until we left. Was a good experience outside the hotel but the hotel was not a good experience. I wished I would've picked a different place to stay. I would never stay at this hotel ever again.
