Pros: staff was friendly and location is convenient to Cracker Barrel, McDonalds and Starbucks. Cons: Hotel is really showing its age. Carpet in room was badly stained, desk lamp didn’t work, bathroom door lock didn’t work, and deadbolt on door was not operational. The hotel also sits right next to the highway so highway noise was an issue the entire stay. But I think the worst part is that it appears the hotel is being used as a long-term rental for utilities and construction companies. As a result, the workers are parking their larger utilities/construction vehicles sideways across multiple parking spots. One night, 4 vehicles were taking up 19 spots. As a result, normal guests who just needed a parking spot for their 1 vehicle had no place to park. Of my 3 night stay, only 1 night was I able to park in the parking lot. The other 2 nights I had to park in the lot of a neighboring business and the walk over to the hotel and then move the car back to the hotel the following morning after the construction/utilities vehicles left.

This the worst Comfort Inn or hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff at check is not welcoming or smiling. I’m not sure she even spoke English. The room had an odor, the desk chair was falling apart. When I asked for a replacement, she told me they didn’t have anything. But eventually brought me a regular Shari..the sheet were clean but the comforter was torn in several place, well used and old, but at least clean. Room carpet had holes in it. The walls also had paint chipping off. Overall, a terrible place to stay. Some of the other Comfort Inns were a little better, BUT WE WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER COMFORT INN.

Room was pretty run down. There was a blood stain near the sink and a giant stink bug on the curtains. I’m also concerned that I might have been exposed to bed bugs. It’s extremely noisy as well with the highway right behind it and very thin walls. Breakfast at least was adequate

There were bugs in our room and we were given a gross, stained pack and play for our son. The elevator always looked dirty too. The room was really small, and the fridge kept making a high pitched noise. The staff at the front desk was kind of rude; but the staff working in the dining area was very nice. Definitely not a great experience!

First room had tiny ants everywhere including in the bed, on the bed, on desk, on carpet and in bathroom. Like dozens of them. Moved rooms to about 12 rooms down the hall. Found a number of dead ants so clearly they have been trying to get rid of them, but needed to clean up dead ones also. Room was very small but fine for one person. Older building.
