Rented a room here for parking convenience, but it was the worst part. Paid an additional $25 plus a tip. Long wait getting my vehicle the next day as well. I will also NEVER book through Expedia ever again.

The heat did not work in our room. When we called the front desk someone promptly came to repair. Although we had heat, we had to listen to grinding metal sound all night. We could not sleep. Also the parking was horrible. We will not stay again.

Only things positive about staying here is the staff is friendly and it’s a 3 min walk to Rupp inside. Other than that it’s terrible. Beds are terrible. Pillows are terrible. Towels smelled like ass. Very noisy. No air or vent in the bathroom. Needs updating!

Shower would not drain. Called front desk and it was fixed. TV would not stay on. Come on for a second then went off. Did not report the issue. It was frustrating after dealing with shower. Expected more the Hyatt.

Very convenient because it’s attached to Rupp Arena but the rooms are dated and the draft from the windows was freezing. The HVAC was so loud when it came on and the first room we were given smelled so bad of old urine. They gave us no issues with switching rooms. Staff was great but the hotel rooms need upgraded desperately. Also, the toilet barely flushes and the water in the shower hardly drained.

Very nice

Easy check in, parking was across the street and free, rooms clean, beds comfy, and any extras were readily available. Restaurant & bar staff were super friendly & we received excellent service. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Thankful they were able to switch our room. When we got there our room was 95. Maintenance came and found the problem. They couldn’t fix immediately so they got us another room and 2 vouchers for the blue fire grill breakfast. Very nice of them to do it.

This hotel was very clean and nice. The restaurant on site was a huge help for dinner the day we arrived as we were tired from traveling. It was convenient and delicious. Enjoyed the whole hotel.

Very convenient to Rupp Arena. Property is older but still maintained pretty well. Pool area was a little chilly. Parking is across the street. We had trouble exiting the property and the parking attendant lady was extremely rude to us. We stayed because it os a few steps from Rupp, which was nice.
