2nd Floor: Three bedrooms, two kings and one queen. There’s a master en suite and another full bath in the hallway.

Excellent communication from host. Home is large, lots a space to move around, and the fun “extras” ie golf simulator, ping pong table, darts were awesome additions. Parking is available on the street, and we had no issues finding spots directly in front of the house. Highly recommend.

The home was above our expectations. Very well maintained and clean. There was everything we needed when we arrived, coffee, trashbags, toilet paper, towels sheets, shampoo if needed, hair dryer and all cooking ware and more. My grandkids and the adult children were never bored due to the fanastic game room. Downtown was in walking distance for entertainment and travel time was not bad for sights we planned to see like noah ark, cavern and hiking trails, distilleries, horsebacking riding and races, even going to louisville sights. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Home in the Middle of it All

We came to Lexington to go to Keeneland over Easter break. This house is absolutely wonderful and we will be returning to this same property. Beautiful yet cozy. And perfectly located to get where you need to go in Lexington. A must see!

This property was better than expected. It is very spacious and clean and allowed for a group of 6 adults to stay comfortably. All the furnishings were modern and made us feel as though we were staying in a luxury property. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit to Lexington!

Great House in Lexington

This house lives up to everything you see in the photos. The house is an older house that has been well preserved and renovated with nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was the perfect house for a group of guys in town to see a Football game. Communication with the owner Seth was seamless and the coordination checking in and checking out was very easy. The house is located in a slightly transitional neighborhood, but we enjoyed walking to the restuarants and bars downtown. All of the amenities are exactly as advertised. The hot tub, the fire pit, and all the games are well maintained and fun to use while you are staying at the house. My friends and I would stay here again if we visit Lexington in the future.

Gorgeous home with all the amenities!

We stayed for a full week while my daughter competed at the Kentucky Horse Park for National Champs. It was a wonderful size house for our family and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts have thought of everything (multiple hair dryers, small sound/sleep machines, hot tub towels). The location was great, easy access to the Horse Park and also gave us the opportunity to explore University of Kentucky and the different neighborhoods and we also had time to sample the local restaurants which were delish! I would highly recommend and would stay again should we come back to Lexington.

Bourbon Trail/ 60th Birthday Celebration

Property was very clean and was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We felt safe walking to downtown restaurants. I would recommend walking a block over to Limestone Street if you plan on walking instead of following GPS.

Great location and a great host

We stayed for a guys weekend to see a Kentucky basketball game. What a great house! Only 2 miles from Rupp and all the action downtown. Seth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. This house is absolutely perfect for large groups looking to enjoy downtown Lexington and it's surrounding area.

Super awesome house for a group!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were awesome, and all the amenities were great! It was a nice surprise to have such a well equiped kitchen; I was able to make brunch for the group with no issues.
