The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. They were apologetic when I showed them the problems we encountered and very willing to attempt to fix the experience with a refund if I wanted one.

Room was clean. A/C worked very well. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is in need of some renovations. Everything is a bit outdated. The building had some wear and tear. No safety concerns. For a 1 night stay it worked fine. Lots of food options within walking distance. Waffle House right next door, and 3 or 4 fast food chains across the street as well as a gas station.

Staff were extremely nice. Room was quiet, which is important to me. However, the first 2 rooms I was given had problems (door lock battery dead, sticky stuff on desk and chair). The third room was acceptable, but was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The hotel is non-smoking, but the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke both evenings I stayed. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the vegetarian options. Side entrance which should open with key card was propped open as the lock wasn’t working. Not a safe option.
