Located in the highly desirable 40502, we are located just off of Tate's Creek Road. Guests will enjoy the quick commute to Downtown, shopping, UK, and so much more. Our quiet neighborhood is perfect for walks and just a short distance to a local park. It is important to note that we do have a great relationship with our neighbors. This property does not permit local stays or disruptive behavior.

Guests will be provided a unique 4 digit code to access the home. Guests will have full access to the home besides the Garage and Storage Rooms.
