This newly renovated 2 bedroom brick home was built in 1950 with all of the charm and comforts of home. It has a spacious layout, original hardwood floors, and is located 1/2 a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Relax in either of the bedrooms, in the living room, or under the gazebo out back. We look forward to having you as a guest.

Place was beautiful. We did have an issue with the plumbing. The shower water would backflow when upstairs neighbor showered.

Excellent as always! This was the second time we’ve stayed. The house is comfortable and well cared for. We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop. Though there is a great coffee set up in the house as well. It’s well stocked with kitchen gear, towels, etc. The host is easy to communicate with. It’s a small thing but I also love the abundance of real plants in the house.

This was the cutest place! It was beautifully decorated and welcoming. The coffee bar was especially well stocked! The rooms were great, each with a comfortable king sized bed. We also loved the double sink in the bathroom. It’s also walking distance from downtown Richmond.

We loved Westfield Green! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Exactly as described. Easy access to downtown with coffee and restaurants. Host was friendly, prompt, and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

Great communication. Very large, comfortable apartment. Pictures are accurate. Be advised minimal silverware/bowls. Updated kitchen/bathroom. Clean and immaculate- the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. Quiet neighborhood. Was stopover traveling to Florida. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place!! We were in town for a conference so we didn't get to spend much time at the house, but we wishes we could have. The beds were so comfortable! And there were so many mirrors (there are never enough places to get ready in the houses we have rented in the past, so this was a huge plus for us!)

Very nice large apartment on a quiet street in Richmond. Walkable to downtown restaurants and a little further to EKU campus.Rooms were all large, decorated mid century. Nice kitchen with full size appliances.We would def stay again.
