On the ground floor, it provides a fantastic open plan living area offering Italian design laminated fitted kitchen with top-notch furnitures, a large corner sofa, WiFi, Satellite TV and a guests bathroom/restroom. A french window opens up to the panoramic balcony overlooking the lake, for that perfect evening of relaxation in such magical and idyllic setting.

A second newly refurbished double bedroom offers the choice of two twin beds or a comfortable king size bed. The town's local bakery is only 5 minutes walk, offering freshly made Italian bread daily as well as all main grocery necessities (i.e. milk, butter, cheese, pasta etc.). The town's local supermarket and butcher are only a couple of minutes drive away too, for a wider and ampler wine and food selection.



Nestled within the lovely and uprising lakeside village of Lezzeno, the apartment is perfectly located 10 mins from Bellagio's town centre (hence from all the bustle of the town) and a 25 mins drive to the lovely old town of Como.
