Gite Azur Toulouse South – Peaceful, Air-Conditioned Retreat with Pool

Located 11 km from Muret and 20 km south of Toulouse via the A64, Gîte du Bégué offers peaceful, comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation with no immediate neighbors. This single-story property is tastefully decorated and furnished with quality pieces.



The large shared pool (13.5 m x 5 m) with alarm is open from May to late September, surrounded by terraces, sun loungers, Mediterranean plants, and banana trees. The gîte features a private terrace with teak table and chairs, parasol, barbecue, and armchair. An independent cabana can be reserved on request, available for an extra fee.



The living area includes Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, storage, a large dining table, and tourist information. The fully equipped kitchen offers a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and complete dishware.



The bathroom has a spacious shower, towel warmer, separate toilet, hair dryer, and practical amenities like an iron. The main bedroom has a double bed with comfortable bedding and storage. A second bedroom with two 90/200 beds suits adults or children. Bed linen and towels can be provided, available for an extra fee. A baby kit is also available for an extra fee, subject to availability.



A well-equipped gym is accessible for an extra fee.



Pets are allowed under conditions: prior approval, sociable dog, up-to-date vaccinations, insurance certificate, and a photo for pets over 14 kg. First-category dogs are not accepted. An elderly small dog lives on the property.



The gîte is an ideal base for exploring Toulouse and the Pyrenees. End-of-stay cleaning is optional, available for an extra fee.
