Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We rented a 3 bedroom. The rooms have portable fans and heaters. The unit has a washer/dryer combo. The building has a gym. There is always a doorman working. They were all great and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. It had one king bed in the master bedroom with a very nice closet and bathroom. The other rooms had a full size bed and one with a twin. There are two full baths and one half bath. The location is great. Walking distance to Kennedy Park and multiple dining and shopping options. Recommend you have WhatsApp. Best way to communicate with customer service. Only down side is not much water pressure or hot water, which seems to be common in Lima. Definitely would stay again.
