One of the front desk guys seemed a touch rude, breakfast staff we very nice. Hotel was in disrepair, only one working ice machine, baseboards coming off the wall, carpets were stained...old appliances in the room....still it worked well for what we needed.

Shut it Down

I do not recommend this hotel. Unsanitary, smelled bad, stains everywhere. While trying to figure out the smell, my wife and I came across a crack pipe just under the dresser. (See pic below) Notified front desk and staff had no clue what to do. Law enforcement was contacted to fill out a report. We decided to make the drive back home Fingers crossed we get a refund.

Beds were okay. The pillows are a tad lumpy. Breakfast seemed to be out of things often and not well stocked. The hallways and stairwells were in need of a good vacuum. The room itself was alright however some stuff could use a better cleaning and some paint touchups. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Carpet was dirty in hall ways and in my room. I checked the air conditioning filters and they were very dirty. Someone had a can of food near the entrance for a cat everyday I was there.

Room dirty. Sheets had boot prints on it. Took down to front desk. Breakfast cold including eggs and sausage. Ran out of forks so I asked the attendant if they had anymore and you would have thought I ruined his whole day. I guess being on the phone was more important than checking utensils and food temperature. Pool was cold and had stuff floating on top. And lastly why would you put a smoking area at the front entrance of a building. People have to walk through that. Was not a very nice stay

Country Inn and Suites needs a makeover. Staff was outstanding but the room - stained carpet, tattered curtains, decades old furniture, and bed comforter brown around the edges. Seems to be getting worse everywhere. And this from a diehard customer.

First dirty sheets and bed cover. Front desk took care of. Second cigarette smell in a non smoking room. Third smoking area outside front entrance. Why would you have a smoking area in the front where people walk in? And last cold breakfast. Eggs and sausage cold. Ran out of forks and when I asked the guy if they had any folks he acted like I was bothering him as he sat. Hotel is in need of major upgrades. Carpet dirty and flies.
