We ask to change rooms due the proximity and noise from the road even we where on the top floor. We were offered a different room at the the rear on a mid floor and the room was clean, modern if a little small but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent was plenty of choice. The restaurant food was delicious also has enough options at reasonable prices for Peru. Great value for money. Would happily stay again

As soon as we arrived we were given a room on the 3rd floor and as we were unpacking, the stench of sewage was awful. We were moved to another room but it wasn’t as good as we expected. We decided to leave two days early and they denied to refund those 2 days. Wouldn’t return even for free.
