Vain noin kahden korttelin päässä rannalta sijaitseva huoneisto sijaitsee pääkerroksessa, joten se on erinomainen paikka niille ihmisille, jotka eivät halua nousta liikaa portaita. This stay was horrific. The Fireplace didn't work plus the refrigerator went out and was replaced with a real small one. I was told by the maintenance man that he would be right back with a bigger one and never came back. The bathroom sink stayed clogged the whole time we were there. Plus we couldn't watch a movie or tv due to the internet connection kept going out. Then I was only refunded 20.00 after all this. I would not stay at this place again nor recommend it to anyone else in the future.

Overall room was okay but there were a few major issues. 1. There was no AC. So it got very warm. Which leads to point 2. The Oregon coast is a cool place, so leaving the patio door open to cool down the unit would have been a great idea EXCEPT there is no screen to the patio doors. We opened the patio door and a giant moth and flies flew in! The #3 point is the biggest issue. Around one in the morning, the neighbors started screaming, fighting, throwing things and hitting the walls. Went on all night off and on. They threw the patio chairs off the balcony and just kept slamming and screaming. It was horrible sleep. Not to mention the mattress was on old spring type that squeaked and bounced every time you moved. Just will not stay again!

Great stay

Checked in Friday night and noticed immediately that the knob to turn on the fire place was missing so we could not use it. Contacted Vacasa customer service and the fireplace was fixed right away. Great communication with the agent. Very much appreciated it.

We always like how close to the beach it is. The fire place was unique. This was our 3rd time staying here and the first two times we never got a room with a fireplace. It’s a nice addition.

Mostly amazing!

The bed was kind of dirty, there was dirt and hair under the pillows. I let them know and was offered sheets the last day but at that point we didn't see the point. Pretty nice location but be prepared for no real privacy, we could hear our neighbors do everything! Beautiful view and the room was a good size!

Lincoln City Stay

Our room was well equipped with what we needed. Easy access to town and the beach. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the ocean!!! The price was right and easy to book.. Loved it and would highly suggest it for anyone looking for a fun place to stay!!!!

Good for what it is

The view is great, the fireplace and balcony are nice. Everything is pretty basic, but it covered all of our needs. The only real complaint I have is it was tricky having our sliding door open. Even though you are not supposed to smoke on the balconies, many of our neighbors did, and it would waft into our room.

Average Room, Just Hoped for More

The access was super easy, parking close by, but if I came back after 9pm parking close to building was filled. Parking lot lights were adequate so I felt safe walking a little ways. This room has an incredible view which made it special. However, it was very clean under the bed, nor was the writeup clear about no coffee maker. I was further confused when I found a tray with kitchen towels, coffee, etc. I called onsite management regarding this & the fireplace not working, & call was never returned.

Nice View but tv and fireplace broken

The Fireplace knob has not been replaced so it is unpourable, and the tv had no sound and the picture was pink and purple so also inoperable. The phone number provided for assistance has been disconnected. The price has hidden owner fees, so is not what is advertised either. The view was nice, but otherwise not what is advertised. Disappointing.

Nice place to escape the city..

Everything was great considering dealing with covid19 situation. Room had very nice view of ocean.. Only couple things were a miss.. the control for the in room fireplace was broken.. and was difficult locking the deadbolt on the door.. All in all.. we still enjoyed our weekend away from the city for our anniversary..

Left a day early

The location was great, views were awesome. The carpet was so filthy we never went without footwear. We appreciate the fact you allow dogs but you need to have flooring that can be cleaned between guests. We left a day early because it was so nasty. This is the first bad experience we’ve had though we’ve been using vacasa and vrbo for years.

Only happy with the location

We really wanted to love this place, it was an awesome location and had a fireplace on a timer which was nice!... but my positives end there. If someone burns anything the fire alarms in the radius all around go off... over and over. We had 2 nights of this because a neighbor burnt something (good for safety, but it was VERY loud in the tiny place). They are so sensitive they would go off every 15 minutes. I wonder if the "very clean" reviews were coming from this exact room because the walls needed a good wipe around the sink as there was liquid and dirty splash stains on them, the bathroom door was dirty from use, and we had to fix the sink drain because it was in the closed position and wouldn't stay open. Our sheets had a yellow liquid stain on it and it was on the fitted one so you would have noticed it when making the bed. After seeing it the next morning (was clearly old stain and not in the right spot to be from one of us) we called to have the sheets changed. We went out and got back just before dinner and they were still dirty. We had to call again to get them to send someone, "Oh I guess she didn't get the memo" we were told. With a bit of elbow grease I would have felt more comfortable here and the view and location were amazing - we would return for that for sure I just wouldn't be as excited coming back to this particular room.
