The house is nice but had not been cleaned other than "hopefully" changing the beds. The floors were so dirty that my grandchildren's feet were literally black. The windows were so cloudy and dirty that even if there were a direct view of the ocean, which there is not, we could not have seen it anyway. There was mold in the windows and dirt and debris in corners. The queen bed on the main floor is very old and uncomfortable. Definitely in need or being replaced. We had specifically verified via email that the home had a working BBQ and planned our meals accordingly. The BBQ was NOT in working condition and when we later contacted them they said they were aware of that and had ordered a replacement but that it had not yet arrived prior to our stay. Overall, I feel like no one checks up on this home. Has it been given a good cleaning recently and has that been verified? Are the items that are listed as available really available? In this experience the answer to that is NO. Just overall frustrating. We were very excited to be here and relax and unwind with family but ended up having to chase down items that we needed and than worry about the dirt and uncleanliness. Just put a damper on the whole experience.

Pros. Great location, nice floor plan and great game room for the teenagers. Cons. Dirty cooking pans, the house needs a deep clean our feet and socks were black from the floors. We had a great time with our over all stay and I would recommend this location!

This property should not be listed. We drove over five hours to stay here and within an hour of walking in, we saw the first cockroach. I immediately contacted the customer service number I was provided and sent pictures and was told it didn’t look like a cockroach. By the end of our stay, we had killed over 20 coming out of the dishwasher, crawling around the kitchen, bathrooms, and even the bedrooms. It was absolutely disgusting. The home was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. Dirty surfaces, dishes still left in the dishwasher from the previous guest, and cockroaches everywhere. Walls and floor were dirty. Under the beds were absolutely disgusting with nothing but dust bunnies and garbage. With that many roaches, there is no way this problem was new or unknown. This had clearly been going on for a while, and nothing was done about it.I never even spoke to the host. I was given a generic customer service number, and I contacted them over 10 times during our stay. Every single time I was told someone would follow up with me asap. I asked to speak to a manager and made it clear how frustrated we were. It’s now been almost three weeks, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back.This wasn’t a small issue, it was a serious health and sanitation problem that was completely ignored. If you’re considering this property, don’t. This was supposed to be a fun family vacation before my son goes off to college and it ended up being a nightmare.

Family Vacation

I would definitely come back! Kid friendly, great location and sleeps 10 comfortably. I would recommend a pest control treatment. We killed a lot of bugs in the kitchen. Confident one cockroach. Cleaning company could do a better job. There was blood stains on the white sheets in the master bedroom and 2 bags of trash outside the front door. Downstairs bath was missing the toilet paper holder. Maybe put a note somewhere about when the garbage comes. The trash was 3/4 full when we got there. House needs a little upkeep / maintenance but who’s doesn’t. We’ll be coming back!

Beautiful but broken

The house is beautiful but we walked in to an eye burning smell of cleaner and had to open all the windows for a few hours to make it bearable. The kitchen was gorgeous and very well stocked but the dishwasher kept shutting off. The video games in the play room didn’t work or would shut off during play which was a bummer because it was part of why we booked. The ping pong table had apparently broken recently and the air hockey table worked for 2 seconds at a time. Tons of great features in the house but a lot were broken. The beds were comfortable tho and loved painting rocks to add to Rockey

Great location with many entertainment options

This house is a little older but it is in a great location. A short walk to the beach (at the end of the street) and a great location to lots of hikes, kayaking, etc. the house has a great layout for families. Our teenage boys enjoyed having their own space on the first floor. This house has lots of entertainment items: lots of board games, arcade games, pool table, fooseball and corn hole among others. There is a piano and beach toys. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there is a great view of roads end beach. we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Had a great stay with family. We found out the ping pong table was missing a bolt and collapsed about 30 seconds into first game, so that was a bummer we couldn’t use it. Didn’t use arcades or air hockey really but nice to have them available. Nice availability for tv apps and streaming. Hot tub was nice! We really liked the location.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. There was plenty of space to spread out which we loved. Rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked. A couple areas that could use attention were the kitchen was poorly lit partially due to multiple burned out bulbs and the master bathroom tub had a very loose knob.

Amazing!

What a wonderful vacation destination along the coast! Beautiful views and the perfect home for our family of 6. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable, the game closet was a huge hit, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. Amazing week in this beautiful beach home!

Beautiful house with fantastic kitchen. Wonderful game room on the lower floor if you bring kids. Lots of books, puzzels and games. Great space for 4 of us to quilt. Very peaceful neighborhood with good sunset views.

Turning 13 birthday party

Although we had several issues getting into the property, once we were in we had a great time. Loved the fact the "kids area" with the bunk beds, arcade games and table games were all on one level. The kids hung down there and had their own space and I could be upstairs. Vacassa was attentive with the issue of getting in and when we discovered the air hockey table was broken. Kitchen had a lot in it. Unfortunately previous guests didn't keep some items clean.

Great vacay

Perfect for a group of adults and teens. Both groups had their own living rooms. The assortment of games was excellent and most equipment in great condition. For a very rainy week we stayed in a lot and had a great time. Hot tub location was slightly weird because it rains a lot and rain drips right into it off the roof which was kind of eew, but we still used it and it was not quite hot enough but lovely. Location of the home is great for a super short walk to the beach. Will stay again. Side note we left something there and had to stop back by after checkout and housekeeping was super nice.

Great stay for the weekend!

Grill needed a deep clean before using, the hot tub was great however is not under cover we had to wait for the leaky gutter to stop and wait for wind to die down to avoid pine needles . Great entertainment for whole family! Games were a plus! Only issues were the pull out sofa is broken. Was hard to get it back into the sofa and with the rain and wind storm the lights flickered throughout the night and in case of power outage there are no flashlights in the house nor a first aid kit. With kiddos it would have been great to have as they were terrified to sleep downstairs with no flashlight . Overall we would love to stay again!
