Summary:
No 302 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned, King Suite with a stunning ocean view balcony. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is 30 steps up on the top floor, and sleeps up to 4 on a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. A stocked kitchen and a walk-in shower round out the in-suite amenities, but guests can also explore the beach via an easy staircase on the property. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool as well as commercial Wi-Fi.

The Space:
No 302 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned, King Suite with a stunning ocean view balcony. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is 30 steps up on the top floor, and sleeps up to 4 on a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. A stocked kitchen and a walk-in shower round out the in-suite amenities, but guests can also explore the beach via an easy staircase on the property. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Pros: Amazing view!!! And short walk to the beach. Heads up: Get dish soap from the front desk especially since there is no dish washer. The dish soap they provide isn’t the best. Most of the dishes in the cupboard were greasy and needed to be re-washed. The road by the bedroom is busy and is noisy. We also found the living room furniture uncomfortable. Overall: a great place especially for the location and the price!

Well to start it’s ocean front not a lake. Room was great. Did have a smell of wet dog when we checked in but we took care of it with some room spray pretty easily. Host was easy to contact. The place is pretty much in the middle of everything. Great restaurant up the street.

Loved the unit, great view and access to beach. We did not use the pool but wish we had, its nice to have that option on vacation.We really had a great time and would look to rent this unit, location again!Only cons were the kitchen sink faucet was dated and could use a pull out. Also cook pans were uneven and thin that everything gets burned when cooking.Stove burners were also lopsided and wouldn't stay plugged in.Shower valve was loose and wiggly and felt like you could push in towards wall, which we didn't because we didn't want to cause an issue.Overall we had a great stay and it was nice to have our dogs stay with us as well.

Would return, but note the balcony and pool

The L/R furniture was a bit uncomfortable, but not enough to ruin the stay. The balcony was concerning — the supports look like they’re sinking, causing the surface to cantilever away from the building. The middle railing stabilizer had pulled loose as a result. We noticed similar issues on other units. Despite this, we’d likely return for a short stay.Suggestion to the D Sands property (not the rental owner): Consider adding an adults-only swim hour from 9–10 PM. The pool and hot tub were constantly full of kids, leaving no space for adults.

Rainy but Fun

My grandson and I spent a couple of days at D'Sands. Although it was raining a good part of the time we had fun exploring Lincoln City and neighboring communities. It was a fun time and my grandson LOVED the murphy bed.

Great condo

Great place to stay for a weekend trip. Right on the ocean with a balcony... incredible view of the ocean and beach. Great price for condo on the ocean. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Very clean. Only complaint was lukewarm shower and inconsistent temperature in shower. I know the building and plumbing is old so I guess this is to be expected.

Amazing view!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive. The only cons I would say is road noise ( very close to highway) and the walk outside to the pool area ( just because it was cold outside).

Cute place with a great view. The road noise wasn’t great and a pigeon issue on the balcony made it unusable due to the droppings on the floor, but other than that, the property was great.

We had everything we needed

It was beautiful and clean, and there was easy access to the beach! The only drawback was the couch and chairs. There was no padding at all, and you had to use pillows from the bed to make it work. But for the price, it was worth it!
