Pictures do not match outside property. Not on a river. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Some mold in bathroom that was fixed from water leak. Could hear people above us but otherwise would stay again. Rates were a bit high for property.

We booked at the last minute and had to get a suite because it was the only available room. The resort was set up for family fun and looked like a fabulous place to stay. My husband and I were just looking for a place to sleep on a long trip so didn’t get a chance to take advantage of all that was offered. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty and really in need of a good mopping.

The breakfast service presented several areas for improvement. The quality of the food was compromised by runny eggs and excessively salted sausage. Furthermore, the absence of hot chocolate and a limited beverage selection, specifically the exclusive availability of green tea for non-coffee drinkers and the lack of flavored creamer for coffee drinkers, detracted from the overall experience. The waffle station was also missing butter. The guest room was negatively impacted by a persistent cleaning agent odor, which was noticeable throughout the two-day stay despite attempts at ventilation. Additionally, the condition of the room was concerning, with reports of blackening socks due to floor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and the presence of dog hair and dirt on baseboards and in corners, under sink areas.

Ok for a short stay

Clean room. Conveniently located. Ok for 1 night. However breakfast terrible, no taste, scrambled eggs tasting like flour as out of industrial base. Hotel is big with many rooms, so can be loud at night if you are unfortunate to have loud neighbors which do not respect silence at night (which we unfortunately had…)

Our stay was very good. Great option after doing the Kancamagus Highway. The new sports bar adjacent to the hotel is awesome as well. No driving required. Complimentary breakfast a nice touch!
