I was so excited to find a hotel a hour plus from home with a large play pool area and a slide. I called to confirm before I booked that everything was operational and they said yes. I check in big sign red slide not working. One of the main reasons I was driving here. He said it just happened but when I looked and took picture it looks like its been closed. They put me on the first floor. Rooms inside are very nice but the entire floor had rolls of carpet everywhere they were renovating. The smell of toxins was strong and I am asthmatic. Then when we woke up this morning there was a sign pool closed for maintenence. I would want my money back at this point and will be calling the corporate offices.

I took some grandkids to hotel anxious to swim only to find out the water slide was down and part of room in disarray from remodeling. Huge disappointment! Pool area was very cold. Staff was nice, room was clean. It would of been helpful to be told ahead of time!

The hotel is not as well maintained as in the past. I’ve been staying there when I visit Green Bay for many years. The big slide in the pool was not working and the heat in the pool was not working. The water was heated and it was not uncomfortable. The vending machine was also not working on the first floor. Breakfast was fair but no pastry was provided. There was a group of high school age boys staying across from our room that were very loud and obnoxious. Management was told about this but didn’t get them quiet until after 11:00. I don’t think I’m going back. I will check out another hotel for our next trip.

The red slide was not functional nor was the heating in the air in the pool room- no notice of that on the site. They had an electric heater propped up on the wall hook in pool room. Juice dispensers not functional and you could tell it’s been that way for a while . Floor in the room was dirty which is an issue with a 1yr old. New owners a year ago and it’s going downhill since then,sadly.

In fairness Hotel under renovation but carpet was really bad. Our room carpet had food stuck on it. I reported it and she noted it. No fresh fruit for breakfast. Tube slide in water park area broken. Hot tub has very little propulsion. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful.

The wonderful lady that checked us in was terrific. Her name is Jeannine. You should work really hard to keep her employed and happy at this location. My wife and I have been to 48 States and this young lady is in the top 10 of front end desk clerks that we have encountered.

Staff was good. Pool area a bit messy, towels all over, palm trees broken and on floor. Amenities were nice, good breakfast, ice machine working. Room nice. Only issue was a bed was right up against the heater cand curtains on top of it.

The property is dated, however the owernship is caring for the property and making upgrades. The level of care the staff displayed from front desk greeting, follow up on stay satisfaction, cleaning staff, and food service was beyone measure. I mean they really took pride in their work and care of their facility and guests. It was really refreshing to see.

The room we ended up in , was good. Needs some minor updates. The one room we started with the pull out couch was broke. They quickly upgraded us. The hot tub doesn’t have any working jets but it was still nice to sit in. Pool temp was perfect. The breakfast needs a little more variety but it’s ok for a free meal.
Kiddie pool should be warmer!
