There were two issues that kept the rating from being 5 stars across the board. The most frustrating was the door would not lock consistently after entry/exit. I'm not sure if it was an alignment issue with the door or the electronic lock itself, but had to open/close multiple times to get it to lock. The only other issue was the upholstered chair in the room had a large tear in the fabric. If they want to give you room 316, you might want to ask if these issues have been addressed.

The room, check in and property were fine. I think all hotels should be required to put their incidental fees on their websites. Those fees vary with each hotel and some are surprisingly expensive. It was $20 here while other hotels charge $100 or more. Although it is only a hold, some banks take weeks to release your funds. I would like to see transparency and i should not have to call the hotel for this information.

We did not have enough towels for the 4 of us. we asked at front desk and told they weren’t dry yet. This was about 9 pm. Breakfast was over at 10 but when we went at 9 there was nothing left, no hot water or coffee, no cereal, no yogurt, no apple juice, etc.

I have stayed here a few times, as it is the best option in Benton. I like the convenience from the highway and walkable restaurants. The door to our room did not latch. I alerted the front desk and she was very friendly and attentive.

Clean place but loud room.

When we got there, they were trying to get a delivery through the front door. For some reason the check in person was in charge of that. The place states it has a lounge with alcohol. It was still being built. Check in person said it’s been that way for a year. Terrible advertisement. Room was loud with some type of fan running in a shaft all night.

I was shocked this room was even used. I was shocked this was Marriott. I was traveling with adult daughter and baby grandson and would have changed hotels if we had not been so tired.
Curtains. Scary stains.
Broken drain plug.
This was supposed to be a washcloth.
I found this at the foot of the blankets.

Hotel was in the process of remodeling and some things weren’t available. Refrigerator didn’t work in the rooms and ice machine on our floor was out of order. Front desk personnel was very helpful with getting our rooms beside each other and notified us that the pool was not working either.
