Staff was outstanding especially Nikki. Room was clean when we got there but no more service was given. Three days with no clean towels or made up bed. We lived through it.

This is our go to hotel when traveling between central Virginia and North Texas. We've stayed here 4 or 5 times. It is convenient to the interstate, close to great shopping and restaurants, clean and comfortable.

Great staff, very accommodating. They let us check in early without a problem and were super friendly throughout the entirety of our trip. The hotel is located near an outlet mall but not a very popular area. Getting Ubers were a little difficult and expensive because it wasn’t the most popular part of the city. Recommend renting a car. Easy and safe parking right at the hotel.
