From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at East Beach Guest House felt special. The room was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated — a real blend of comfort and style. A personal highlight was the welcome card, which had such a thoughtful, personal touch that we’ve decided to frame it as a keepsake. The bathroom was stunning — modern, well-fitted, and the metalwork throughout was just gorgeous. We stayed in a room with a four-poster bed and a huge bay window, and we both slept like a dream. It was pure comfort. We also took full advantage of the cosy lounge area, where we enjoyed a complimentary glass of port — a lovely touch. Our hosts, Mark and Richard, were truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome and at home. To top it all off, after a long morning run, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in bed — the perfect way to start the day. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent location, room superb, everything thought of by Mark & Richard and Mark was full of recommendations for restaurants and where to go and eat, a great host. The whole place is in superb order, even a complementary glass of port offered for the weary traveller, spot on, a must unexpected bonus.

Amazing stay at East Beach Guest House. Mark and Rich were excellent hosts with a wealth of knowledge on the local area, beaches, pubs and places to eat. Room was immaculately clean with tea and coffee facilities as well as a TV. Breakfast was much needed and also excellent, fresh fruit and bakery item as well as cereal and granola with honey and yogurt. Could not recommend this guest house enough and will definitely be back!

A Perfect Seaside Stay with Wonderful Hosts and Dog-Friendly Charm We had a fantastic stay at East Beach Guest House! The owners were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautifully and elegantly decorated with real attention to detail, and included all the amenities you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and everything freshly prepared. One of our favourite spots was the gorgeous lounge overlooking the sea—it’s the perfect place to relax with a coffee, and best of all, it’s dog-friendly, so pups can enjoy it too! The location is just wonderful, right by the beach with easy access to scenic walks and local attractions. We’d absolutely recommend East Beach Guest House and can’t wait to return!

Smoky amazing B&B very boutique and fashionable. Couldn’t have asked for more. Bed was super comfy, shower was powerful & hot. Free parking across road all of stay, easy walk into town and bars, shops, beach etc. The chaps were lovely and so accommodating, I will be back.

Delightful from the doorstep

Absolutely loved my stay at East Beach Guest House in Littlehampton! From the moment I arrived, Mark & Richard were an absolute delight—warm, welcoming, and always available if needed, which made the whole experience feel incredibly personal and relaxed. The room was just lovely—very nicely decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt cosy yet stylish, and having both an espresso machine and kettle was such a bonus for those morning coffees or evening teas. The continental breakfast was a real treat! Fresh pastries, a colourful fruit bowl, a variety of cereals, and the most delicious yogurt pot, all accompanied by freshly brewed coffee. It really set the tone for a perfect day. I even requested an earlier breakfast time, and it was no trouble at all—just another example of how accommodating and kind the hosts were. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll definitely be staying here. Thank you again, Mark & Richard, for such a memorable and comfortable stay!
