We were given an apartment on the 9th floor with a fanstastic view of Liverpool city. The kitchen was well stocked. Cleanliness was disappointing. There were a few bits on the carpet/ floor that hadn’t been cleaned away, food splashes on the tiles in the kitchen and the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling, tile grout and bathroom silicone. Ventilation in the bathroom was also very poor- probably contributing to the mould.

Lovely property and spaceous. I appreciated the living room space and a closed bedroom. It was well located for our needs. Basically situated in the middle of an outdoor shopping mall.

Liked the accommodations but checking in was quite difficult. Apparently we should have received a text with check in instructions, but we did not. It is in a pedestrian mall so you can’t drive to the entrance. There is convenient parking underneath the building, which we were not aware of until after I walked to the apartment hotel and rang the buzzer to be let in. Those details should be listed in the Expedia check in instructions area. It was all very confusing.

The reception staff were excellent & tried to assist us when a small change in our booking, but Expedia- Hotel.Com were extremely disappointing, changing staff with responses & actually lying about communication with the hotel - this is evidence based & backed up by emails. Hotel staff Outstanding. The central location is perfect for a visit to Liverpool.

Location, Location, Location.

I think the best location anyone could ask for. Walk friendly for The Cavern Quarter, along with Albert Docks. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and even small grocers. The apartment itself was truly fully furnished, including coffee and tea - even laundry detergent for 2 loads in the washer/dryer combo conveniently located within the apartment.
