The apartment is very spacious and well laid out, in a great location on the dockside and easy access into the main shopping/eating & drinking areas. The apartment itself was dirty, the floor was dirty on our arrival, the crockery was dirty in the cupboards. The window in the Devon bedroom wouldn’t close, so my daughter had to sleep in the living room due to the noise. Apartment smelt of smoke from somebody smoking in a nearby apartment. No teabags. Reported concerns to staff who were very nice and tried to help. Complaint still being processed. Sorry won’t be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dockside and loved the convenience to the attractions nearby. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great apart from the bathrooms. The facilities in the apartment were super. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the fire alarm bring triggered in the middle of the night. We understand that 'accidents' happen but with 3 children included in our group it was a horrible experience. The lack of communication ftom staff or apology the next day was unsatisfactory.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautiful, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise. The apartment is well equipped and the view of The Docks is stunning.

Nice new Aparthotel we had the 2 bedroom. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a window bit of a shame. Clean tidy modern. Walkable to town, massive car park next door £12 24hrs.

Brilliant

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in, and i regularly travel across the country. Everything from the fantastic shower, to the comfort of the bed and pillows. Just incredible!

Nice but dont pay for breakfast

We paid for breakfast but you had to collect a packet food breakfast from the reception desk. It should not be offered for this hotel at all. Dont pay for it

Great space, great location

Went to Liverpool for a a short break away, 1 night, with my wife and daughter. Receptionist was really friendly, easy and efficient check in as payment had already been made. Surprised at the size of the apartment. Decent sized master room with ensuite. Great sized second bedroom with two single beds. A separate bathroom with great sized shower. Living space with huge with dining table and good sized kitchenette. Living space was large but not the most comfortable sofa and chairs. Felt a little bare without an carpet or rug, which made it feel rather echoey. Not really a space to spend an evening in my opinion. Overall a brilliant apartment, great location and a comfortable stay
