The property spans 85m² and is situated near two of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks: the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, one of the world’s largest, and the neoclassical Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. The area is also renowned for its proximity to Hope Street, a vibrant cultural hub with independent cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The house has two floors, separated by a set of 11 stairs. The living room is furnished, featuring a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The living room features a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed, while the bathroom and two bedrooms are located upstairs.

The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

Upstairs, the first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has a double bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.

The Georgian Quarter in Liverpool is a picturesque, historic neighborhood known for its stunning 18th-century architecture. Its cobbled streets are lined with elegant Georgian townhouses, and it’s home to landmarks like the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral and Philharmonic Hall. The area has a vibrant cultural scene with independent cafes, bars, and restaurants, especially around Hope Street. It offers a peaceful, village-like atmosphere with green spaces like Falkner Square, making it popular with professionals, students, and creatives alike. Close to the city center, it blends historic charm with modern amenities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Elliot Street, is just a 4-minutes walk.

Liverpool John Lennon is an 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
