Friendly and Helpful Staff!

We were there for 3 nights and it was excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Liverpool!

Exceeded our Expectations

The Novotel exceeded our expectations. The check-in was friendly & efficient and the rooms were clean & spacious. The bathroom was large & modern with plenty of complimentary toiletries. We didnt use the bar/restaurant so can't comment on that. We were staying to attend a gig at the Uni, it was an excellent location for that. And also easy to get to the hotel ia M62. There is no parking but the Multi-storey literally 2 mins walk away had large parking bays & felt very secure. Overall the hotel was definitely value for money, I would recommend & would not hesitate to use if we were in the area again.

Convenient for hospital
