We have stayed here a number of times, as our daughter goes to the Uni of Liverpool and it is near her accommodation. Brilliant that she can come and join us for breakfast too. We realise now that the first time we stayed we must have had an upgrade as the rooms since haven’t been as nice. It is of no consequence though and it is always our first choice. Lovely staff, lovely breakfast and nothing at all to fault.

Surprisingly luxurious for the price point.

Stayed at the hotel as my daughter had a national exam at the adjacent building. After a 7 hour drive, we were really pleased to arrive to a welcoming, clean hotel. Room was spacious, light and quiet. Lovely facilities and even after midday checkout, I was able to remain in the comfortable seating area in the lobby whilst waiting for my daughter’s exam to finish. Wonderful smelling Rituals toiletries provided and fluffy bath sheets. Breakfast offered a good choice of cooked and continental options. Would definitely recommend the Novotel. Absolutely no complaints.
