Lovely hotel close to all city centre atttractions

Easy to find, easy to check in, man on receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Room was just what we needed and very clean. Tv didnt have many chanels and there wasnt many tea and coffee sachets, however to be fair we didnt ask for any more. Room wasnt cleaned while we were there. Breakfast was ok, black pudding and omlettes were dry (10am Sunday) and not very tasty. Not a huge selection for breakfast. Only scrambled egg saturday, omlette sunday. No fried or poached.2 types of Muffins but both were dry. However for a complimentary breakfast it was ok. Restaurant area was very nicely presented. Everywhere was very clean and the room was pretty perfect.

Lovely apartments. Clean. Check in was quick. £20 a night parking fee which is expensive or public down the road for £12 a night. Very central to everything. The breakfast was self service but was delicious. First day it was scrambled egg. Next day omelette. Bacon and sausage good quality. We enjoyed our stay

Ideal for concert or just for Liverpool visit

We stayed here as we were attending a gig at the M&S Arena. It was ideal for this. The rear entry for the hotel was right at the entrance to the arena. It was a compact suite with way more than we needed for one night. The breakfast - which is included - was really good. Absolutely loads of restaurants within walking distance - as is Liverpool One. Parking was £20 - they did say it was limited and if was full there was another car park along the road which was actually cheaper. I think for city parking it’s absolutely fine. I would definitely stay here again even if I was visiting something in the centre - as it’s a nice location. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay! The apartment spacious and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and really helpful and breakfast was good with lots of choice. Was a very relaxed feel about the hotel and it was in a great location. Car park was secure and plenty of spaces when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location good access to dock area, arena and town centre. Staff were friendly , welcoming and helpful. Accommodation was spacious with large shower, equipped kitchenette, comfy bed and TV. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Would stay again if visiting the area

I felt everything about this hotel was well thought out. I had a single occupancy studio room. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was the first time I’d stayed there but would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel and at a great price for the night I stayed with my daughter who is Uni in Liverpool. Very conveniently situated near to lots of bars and restaurants and just over the road from Liverpool One. The room was lovely and the breakfast fab!
