Beautiful hotel, let down by very inconsistent service quality. Beware if booking on expedia that the hotel can be very reluctant to process the 20% discount on food so make sure you discuss it at check in

The hotel itself is okay but not well organized. Nobody responded to messages and our requests for tours etc. on their own website seemed to have not been attended to. The check-in process was slow.

We love this property because of the amazing team that works on this property, Our favorite is Tony F&B manager, he goes the extra mile for all of the guest. The food is fresh and great. The hotel is upscale. It has its own sunset cruise boat. The food and drinks were excellent on the boat and were included if you booked the sunset cruise.
