There is also a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. Outside there is a lawned garden with a patio, hot tub, and furniture and off road parking for three cars. Holly Farm Cottage is an ideal retreat for family and friends.

Howey is perfectly located on the main road between historic Builth Wells and Llandrindod, with wonderful walking and cycling routes easily accessible, along with a local golf course and lakes and other days out easily discovered within a short drive.
