Hello, Thank you very much for your compliments on the breakfast and staff. As we are a bed and breakfast we don't really need a reception area, but there is always someone on hand if you need anything. Hope to see you again sometime. Kind regards, Hannah.

Nice weekend minibreak

Pros: Novelty decor with tub in the room
Cons: External decor
Location: Great location central to everything
On arrival building looks a bit tired and in need of some repair not as good as the photo used in the advert. Lovely room, great breakfast

Hi, Thanks for your lovely comments. Just to let you know, our scaffolding was erected w/c 6th November and we are repainting the front of the building and have overhauled all the Victorian sash windows.

Very central

Pros: View from the room was magnificient, breakfast was generous and staff were really friendly and accommodating
Location: Excellent location for food outlets. Really enjoyed the quality fish and chips from the Fish Tram cafe. Also it was a 3 minute walk to the tram.
Enjoyable. We loved Llandudno which is a lovely seaside town and the surrounding area with many attractions worth visiting.

Pros: Our room was warm. Our bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom was modern and tasteful. There was provision for fresh milk.
Cons: The exterior of the building looked nice at a distance but was a little shabby close to.
Location: Very well situated close to town and the tramway to the Great Orme. Lots of nice eating places around.
The hotel is very conveniently situated though I think it was more expensive that others in the locality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and tidy though a little small for us. It had some quirky lighting features which were nice but we didn't use them much.
