The Birds Nest Vacation Villa comes with a Full kitchen with an island sink, a Full bathroom with a sliding door shower, an Electric Fireplace, 3 Flat Screen Tvs, Surround Sound, a 4 Person Dining Table, a Leather Recliner, a Leather Sofa, Privacy Blinds on all windows, Air conditioning/ Heat, a full sized Pull out Couch, Sliding Glass Doors that open onto a relaxing patio with outside disco lighting, Access to our Pine Creek Beach, and Exclusive Access to the Lounge Deck : Perfect for patries and get togethers!

This villa has an upstairs and a main floor bedroom!
The upstairs bedroom is perfect for your younger ones and a cool place to sleep for adults too! With two twin beds, a separate thermostat. and a flat screen tv, what more could you ask for?!

The main floor bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, and spacious closets!

The pullout couch is just as comfortable as the queen bed! All beds are equipped with Serta mattresses! Including the pullout couch!!

We have a Hiking trail of our own leading back to our exclusive recess cave on the property! You will have access to All Pine Creek Villas amenities such as Pine Creek, our pond with a water slide, paddleboat, catch and release fishing, and swimming, our optional use shower house (there is a shower in your villa!), and game room (Coming Soon!) !
