IN THE QUIET OF THE GALLURESE CAMPAIGN, we offer in loc. Azzanì di Loiri Porto San Paolo (OT),
only 15 min. from port, airport and 20 min from the sea.
Monteruiu nature house has been recently renovated.
Until recently used as a B&B and riding school, today it has become a HOLIDAY HOME with 1 apartment and three independent double bedrooms with bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows:
-1 double bedroom
-1 living room / kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed.
-1 bathroom, toilet, bidet, large shower and washing machine.
The living room / kitchen is very spacious with table and large patio overlooking the valley.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, TV, DVD-LCD and WIFI.
The apartment is air conditioned.
Outside there is a large veranda with a splendid view.
All three rooms, totally independent, are equipped with double bed and bathroom, air conditioning, TV and wifi.
