Great location near Hyde Park. The staff always leaves treats to enjoy with you tea or coffee. They also watch you bags before/after check out. The room is small which we expected in Europe, but we wished we could have had a balcony of some kind.

The property is very accessible to public transport and loads of dining and souvernir shopping options. No elevator, airconditioning - a fan is available, nor a small fridge in the room. Good for quick stays.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful. Shower with great water pressure. All kind staff members. Fantastic location, 5 min walk to Paddington station. We were sad to leave.

10 minute walk from Paddington Station. Ibrahim, who checked me in, was helpful with a map of the area, tips about the Underground, and restaurant recommendation. Room was cleaned daily, was quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before checking in, that was great. The rooms are fine…..there’s no air conditioning so you wouldn’t want to be there in the summer. It’s in a great location. A short walk form Paddington Station.

The hotel was clean and safe. The room was on the small side, but had what we needed. The breakfast room in the basement was cramped and hot. The property was convenient to Paddington station. Access to the tube and trains was easy. There were several restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

This was sub par to our other status dieing trip but was the cheapest! No elevator, 4 old stairway floors, no air conditioner, VERY SMALL ROOMS. Great location, just 3 blocks from Paddington train station.

The people were nice. Room was way too small, plug-ins were not convenient or non-existent. Blow dryer is a definite fire Hazzard. Shower very small, very slippery. Was convenient location to Paddington station.

Disappointing overall, shame.

I booked 9 rooms for a group of friends but unfortunately i got the worst room. I asked for G floor as there is no lift. Allocated Rm 23 a double which you couldn't walk around as the room is so small. This room should only have a single bed in it. View to back of hotel building not pleasant. Room cleaned and towels changed daily, shower ok, hot water ok.
