When I arrived, I noticed that my main room garbage was still full. I went to use the bathroom and saw that the towels were strewn around haphazardly. I had to leave for appt; they were folded when I returned but I can’t know if they were the same ones or new. When I came back I saw that the bathroom garbage can was also full, the soap bar was already opened and used, and there was a red sticky liquid on the toilet seat. I didn’t even want to check the bed, so I packed my things up and left. Thankfully, I was given a refund. Also, I don’t think it was specified at booking, but the hotel was also under renovations. No elevators.

Property was very poorly maintained and the house keeping was awful. Found hair on our towels and in the shower. Splatter stains of some sort all across the bathroom mirror and what looked like cigarette burn holes on the sheets. Didn’t expect much and was still disappointed. Stayed in room 172 by the stairwell.

I stayed at the Days Inn in London for 1 night. The property was in a great location for shopping and access to restaurants. Although the room was clean and I liked that the floors were tile, the building needs some updating. Hallways had low lighting and the place looked very dated. Some areas in the hallway and the stairs were not clean and there was a couch in the room that you could only dare me with the promise of money to sit on.

The front desk representatives were friendly and helpful. The hotel was under construction when I stayed there. There is no breakfast included however, there is a restaurant on site. The parking area is congested, but taking into consideration the location of the property, it is in a busy area of London. Shopping for food and other goods is very close. There is a television that did not work. I must say the bed was comfortable, and Walmart was across the street.

We stayed over the weekend at this property. We are from out of town and needed 2 rooms for 1 night. We booked 2 poolside rooms with 2 queen beds in each. Check in was a breeze. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was around the back of the hotel. The parking lot was littered with broken glass and garbage. Upon entering our rooms we found them to look nothing like the pictures online. The beds were not queen, only 2 double beds in each room. The walls were filthy with handprints, dirt, sprayed liquid. The paint was peeling off the walls. The floors were FILTHY DIRTY. The bathroom was bad too. Very dirty walls and floor. Hair on the toilet and floors, caulking on the tub was peeling and mouldy. Bathrub was dirty and rusty. The bed was clean and made nicely. The tv worked. Our "poolside" room had a view of a concrete wall with vents. Our sliding door was permanently sealed shut and our air conditioner was held in place with old rags and cardboard. The vents were caked with dirt and dust. The people hanging out in the back parking lot doing drugs and other things was scary for me and my kids. My overall impression was this hotel is in a bad area. It's VERY run down and very dirty. It requires a huge renovation for it to be made safe and clean enough for families. I would not stay there again.

Hotel in desperate need of maintenance. Exit doors not secured and has handle installed up sides down. Homeless people free to come in and out. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Will not stay there again.

Staff deserve better

The service at the hotel desk was fantastic. Otherwise everything else was mediocre. The room was dirty, hallways had garbage everywhere, paint chipping off walls, something smeared on the bathroom wall, parking lot is like a minefield with all the potholes.
