This hotel has gone lately in my opinion. I stay here often on business. There was a problem with shower valve. The aircon was not working. The staff are not that helpful. Some staff are quite slow. My flight was cancelled and I had to change the check in day which they allowed me to do to their credit but I have been noticing for a while that this hotel is not as good as it was

The hotel is very close to the tube and very close to the shopping centre. The staff were very pleasent, however what let the hotel down was the general cleanliness of the rooms. We had two rooms of which one had mould in the bathroom, whilst the other had dirty stained carpets, and stains on the curtains. We enquired about breakfast, only to be told that it would cost you more if you order in the morning as opposed to the evening before.

Modern, comfortable and friendly hotel. Couple.of minutes walk from shepherds bush market tube station and next door to Shepherds Bush Empire so perfect for a gig. Check in (sorry didnt get the ladies name) and check out (Aaron) warm, friendly and professional. Perfect for us.

Do not stay here

This hotel use to be nice but now it is terrible I had to change my room three times and finally just settled at that point when I realized it wasn’t going to get any better. The hotel was dirty the carpet was old hair in the shower the plumping was from flushing the toilets made noises and the room had a mildew smell for $232 a night I expect better . I do not recommend this hotel !!!

My partner and I had a truly lovely stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The hotel strikes a beautiful balance between style and comfort, with a striking interior that’s both modern and full of character. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and quiet—just what we needed for a relaxing break. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little thoughtful touches, like the quality toiletries and soft lighting. Overall, it was a memorable experience that left us feeling rested and looked after. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a stylish, calm retreat in West London.

良いホテルだったのですが

場所もよく、綺麗なホテルなので良く利用してました。ただ他のコメントにもあったようにサービスが課題で、風呂の問題は5回言っても直らず5泊の間は風呂に入れず、トイレの紙も3回言っても補充されず困りました

The location to Westfield is a plus, nice bar and friendly staff. I was on floor 7 and it was very hot weather. Aircon was not good, they brought me a fan. Room small due to sloped ceiling with blinds that had to be shut due to heat. No stop out the front so need to walk bags up the street. Bed comfy and clean linen, shower needs a good clean in grate so smelt very mouldy. A fair stay for a discount price
