I left 4 hours after arriving The bathroom was dirty hairs everywhere shampoo and body wash smelt as if they have never been changed a bad smell !off like ! Hilton has definitely gone down hill make sure you bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste I don’t leave you anything no slippers no dressing gowns one night £300 not worth it

Bar staff excellent Check in better than last time although they didnt have my wake up call logged until i phoned to double check. Helpful and polite at desk. The 2nd lift has been repaired finally. Corridors still had food trays. On the whole a pleasant and easy stay. Carlos in the bar restaurant is super professional and on the ball.

Nashid on reception was friendly and really lovely. We checked in a couple of hours after check in time started and the room we booked wasnt available anymore. We were offered a similar room and free breakfast which we accepted. The breakfast was amazing. A very good selection. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff all very friendly.
