The staff were friendly and check in and out were quick and easy. The building is a little dated decor wise in the rooms and the parking garage was under construction so I may have stayed elsewhere knowing that but overall a comfortable stay.

Clean but dated. Lobby had a bad smell. For a Hilton hotel, I would have expected the rooms to be a bit nicer. A definite homeless problem in the area also. Breakfast staff were memorable, very kind and helpful. Hotel is walking distance from downtown which is nice. There was an internet issue in the hotel during our stay, we were unable to use wifi or the tv. I understand these things happen and can be out of the hotels control, however the staff didn’t seem too sympathetic about it which was a bit of a disappointment. For a hotel that costs quite a bit of money per night, I would have hoped they would have offered us something complimentary for the inconveniences; or even an apology upon complaint. We got neither.
