Decent place in a pinch could barely walk around the bed the room we were in was so small. Bed was very comfy though

The room was too small with no table to keep stuffs as simple as a phone while charging. The toilet paper was of very low quality. I got stuck in the lift with my daughter on the third floor. Rang the alarm on the lift and a man picked but his voice wasn't audible while he was communicating. I called the reception and no one was picking. I was in the lift for 20mins untill i thought of calling the fire bridgade. They came as soon as possible and got us out of there. So we spent 30mins in the lift before we were rescued. The staff didnt even sympathise with us when we got out. No apologies and no word from management. This was really a bad experience for us and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. For the rest of our stay we had to use the stairs to the fourth floor where our room was located. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value. Hard to find on google maps.

Well priced basic hotel. Difficult to find as Google Maps directed us to a property 30 m away, and shows the hotel as a lawyers office

Simple

Basic hotel, basic room, great for just a simple nights stay. No onsite parking, nearest place is £16 for the night in a secure car park

Mattress sunk in the middle. No bin for pads even though equipped for disabled. I have spent £60 at a travelodge and had tea & coffee facilities and soap to wash

The system is flawed so if you experienced any glitches between webpages and even when you put information in and you click to book it can change for example as it did mine the date have it booked and then make it irreversible to put it back thus leaving you paying a fine and then making double the money just to get the original booking sorted

It is very close to Easy Croydon station with a Sainsburys local near by, so it was perfect for a night stay before flying out early the next day from Gatwick. The room was however a bit basic, hair dryer to be requested from reception and no kettle in case you want to make a drink. Room was good and it was comfortable. The building was a bit old but the interior is not bad at all.
