Older area of town, not really a warm feel to it but the hotel is so amazing that it did not make much difference. Can walk to a great pub right across from the rear courtyard. Beautiful hotel and love that they made it part of the old Kellogg Warehouse.

We were celebrating our anniversary. All went well with checkin, room was excellent. Had an issue with lack of service at 1913. Food and beverage manager addressed the issue next day. Enjoyed relaxing time around pool and outdoor hot tub. Very clean! Staff very helpful. We will return.

10/10 stay! This property is beautiful. They have done an amazing job of incorporating the old factory into the rooms and common spaces. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful , spacious, comfortable, and with every convenience you could want. The restaurant food and service were also outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again in the future. It’s worth the trip to London alone!

We had a great stay. The hotel was impeccable, very nicely decorated. Staff were helpful and attentive. Restaurant had a great breakfast and good service. The pool and hot tub area are nicely appointed with indoor outdoor pool access and lovely patio area to sit outside. The gym is fully equipped including squat rack and full free weight range and cardio machines. I am not one to stay at theme type hotels but this place was way beyond expectations and an excellent value.
