Booking was terrible. Charged in USD (I'm a Canadian in Canada booking a Canadian hotel). Customer service tried explaining to me that there are no refunds. I agreed to $361 not $520. They cancelled but did not yet refund. I get to deal with that next week. Called the front desk and asked to book. They were unhelpful. Rebooked with Expedia for more but charged accurately. On arrival I explained. She said sorry a lot. Was unable to honor their advertised price. Room booked on Expedia was not available so we got "upgraded" to a room for travellers with children. (Upgraded because it was more expensive. We don't need the room with bunk beds so we got a smaller useable space). On checkout we were asked how our stay was. Explained these issues. They said they were very sorry. Wasn't looking for any sort of apology or discount. I just wanted my room that I ordered to cost what it was advertised for. That did not happen.

The staff was so friendly, upbeat and helpful upon check-in and throughout the entire stay. The lobby bar bartenders really stood out too and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The hotel itself is amazing - so much to see and do. Great food, drinks and activities.
