Parking - there are several options in close vicinity to the apartment building.

In Downtown London, on-street metered parking is free after 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday, while parking is free all day on Sundays. For Dundas Place, parking is free from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on Sundays and holidays, provided there is clear signage. The apartment is located right in Dundas Place.

Municipal lots average $15 for the day

Covent garden Market -the rate is $3.00 per 30 minutes, with a daily maximum rate of $15.00.

Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): Your first two hours are free with validation.
How to Get Free Parking
Take a ticket when you enter the underground parking garage.
Go inside the Market and get your ticket validated at the machine in the Center Court.
Insert your validated ticket into the exit gate to receive your discount.
After Free Parking
Standard Rate: $3.00 per 30 minutes.
Daily Maximum: $15.00.

📍 Registered Guests
• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

Be mindful of others living in the building when walking the hallways - quiet times in effect at all times when in the corridors.

• There is a pet fee of $75 per pet / stay
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment

• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.

📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.

📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee.

📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly.
