Hotel is good, close to King cross and that’s why we booked it. But it’s not free to leave luggage for storage! Please put that in the hotel description! No free tea and coffee in the room, have to pay at the lobby just to get hot water in a cup, wow… everything is about the money. It’s not 6 minutes walks from station like in the ad, it was 15 minutes walk with luggage’s. Room is nice and clean for double bed, but NO room at all for luggage, so we have to make space to take turn to open luggage in the area that is available, small room. Overall the hotel is good, just prepare for extra money if you want more amenities or to have things that you need.
Staff really helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is great , continental but includes boiled eggs, ham and cheese, as well as all the usuals. Has lifts to all floors 😊😊😊
This is my second time staying at Point A and my husband and I loved it. They have the best breakfast with delicious baked goods, yogurts, eggs, etc. We also liked the modern rooms, and the hotel's location. It's close to many tourist attractions and transportation. We walked to most places.
The location is convenient. Not too far from the st. Pancras station. Next to a pub. My biggest complain is they charge £3 each piece to leave the luggage at the hotel after check out for just a few hours.
A very small twin room. Was unable to open our cases and walk across the room. Asked for extra £5 to choose room just before check in when I’d already paid and booked. No tea/coffee in room that was extra £2.50 too. Room painted completely black.

I like Hotel was close to the atraccion, didn't like breakfast was not included
Well designed, clean modern rooms making use of limited space. Helpful staff at check in. Location, walking distance from Kings X station a big plus. Outside traffic rather noisy in my room, though for a one night stay not too big an issue, as bed very comfortable.
