Checking in was difficult with the computer login. I have difficulty moments to login, but the staff was helpful. Each morning was easy for coffee and food. We would walk to the underground and were off for the day. I am tall (6’6”) the beds were short for a tall dude.

My sister and I stayed here throughout our stay in London. I had mixed feelings about how to review this hotel, not because it's not good, but because it wasn't as spacious as we had hoped. The room was very small and, while that's to be expected in Europe, it was barely equipped to handle our luggage and ourselves. I could turn a light off from my bed, for instance. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! My sister fell and they made sure she had ice more than once. It's really difficult to find ice in Europe and the room didn't have a refrigerator so my sister really appreciated the care that was given to her. I would stay here again strictly due to the kindness and availability of the staff for questions and inquiries. I really wish the rooms were bigger but it was a good hotel in a pivotal location near King's Cross.

Perfect location for an early start on the eurostar. Our room was well appointed, hotel was secure and staff were very welcoming. I would recommend pre booking a quieter room if available as ours was on the main street and quiet noisy when we were trying to have an early night prior to our 4am alarm.
