Clean but cold. The $70 pet fee is ridiculous. The breakfast was very minimal. There is only one entrance into the building making it difficult to load in and out of the building, especially with only two luggage carts for the entire building.

We picked Spark primarily because many of the reviews commented on the cleanliness. We were not disappointed. Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. The common areas, like the hallways and lobby, were tough to keep clean because of the sand and salt from the winter weather, but we could tell that the cleaning staff were there regularly. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the continental breakfast. We were expecting muffins, danishes, etc., so we appreciated the hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese the the fresh fruit.
