The wait to check in is not acceptable. At times there is only one member of staff on duty usually only 2. Express check in is poorly signed and the staff are rude.

open slow internet connection is not okay if you need to work, this is an area for professionals not tourists, need to be secure, I booked the room but could not work from it, not even with my own phone as the room was in the basement with poor connection. the thermostat was broken (display) and the room cold.
